I popped my head round the door (to borrow a cup of sugar) 17 years ago and have never left – it really is that type of agency. Yes, I’ve worked on our full client list… one minute thinking about FMCG and the next General Insurances. And yes, I’ve been involved in DM in the morning and Digital in the afternoon. And yes, no two days are the same. But what I’m most proud of is that we’ve got clients that have been with the agency for over 20 years and team members that have been with CHS over 30 years. And no, I don’t ever want to leave.

With a background in retail operations, I joined CHS in 2002 and worked primarily on multi-channel retail clients. Since then, I've put my expertise and knowledge to good use in other sectors for brands including Domino's, Barclays, Greene King, L'Oreal and B&Q, both B2C and B2B marketing.

Since joining CHS in 2009, I've been fortunate enough to help bring to life campaigns and projects across a diverse range of sectors - including Finance, Energy, FMCG and, more recently, Skincare. My core expertise stems from digital, and extends to how digital can integrate seamlessly into channel agnostic campaigns.

I spent my early career at some of London's leading ad agencies, specialising in FMCG brands. And for the last 14 years I've been helping CHS to grow in a wide range of sectors including financial services, retail and energy. Although my background is advertising, I've developed a real specialism in creation and distribution of valuable content to help meet our clients' business challenges.

From managing multi-national accounts in London I decided on a change of scenery and found myself in the beautiful New Forest, working with an incredible team at CHS. Nearly a decade later my experience has allowed me to work closely with some of the UK’s favourite brands - from B&Q , Lakeland the RNLI and Laithwaites (to name a few). Content production and strategy in the retail sector is my bag, with a specialism in rich and immersive digital publications.
